Yup you guessed it. Ausable river. Very nice area and close enough but also remote enough to enjoy without running into people.

Great video, really enjoyed it. I worked with a friend of mine for about 6 weeks this summer and stayed in a wall tent like that North of you in Ontario, super comfortable and saw some amazing lightning storms.

Thank you! I bought this tent just before this trip and I’m very glad I did. They cost but they’re worth every penny. It kept us warm and dry with no worries of the tent sweating on us. I bet northern Ontario is a very pretty area.

Lol thanks! I have always enjoyed cooking up wild game. I’m going on a deer and squirrel hunt in a few weeks where I’m almost garunteed to get both. My friend and I plan on roasting the deer head of one if we get it and we’re doing a squirrel sushi roll(yes we cook the squirrel first lol)

Lol thanks. I’ve actually ate quite a few of them to be honest. If you skin them whole and slow cook them in a stock there’s actually a good amount of meat on them. It takes a couple but you can make a meal from a few of them! Tastes exactly like squirrel too

Thanks everyone! Yes there isn’t a whole bunch of meat on them but if you slow cook the whole body in a crockpot or something there’s more than you’d think. 

That seasoning is some funny stuff lol. I found it in a little country store one day so I had to try it. It’s pretty good too. 

It amazed me at the amount of garbage in the middle of nowhere. I tried to pick up what I could but there’s just so many disrespectful people that don’t want to do the right thing and pack out there garbage that it made it hard to get everything. 

Thank you. I always try to keep nature clean when I can. Sometimes there’s just too much garbage around to carry back. Most of what I see is beer cans. It can’t be any harder carrying back a crushed up can than it was carrying a full can out in the woods with you.
