New Side Lever Mrod Breech from Thailand

I don’t know how to cut and paste on an IPad but if you can enlarge the second to last picture his website on Facebook is visible on the breech.

This breech doesn’t appear to be any taller than a stock .25 cal Mrod breech to my eyeballs but will check with a feeler gauge and post tomorrow. One of the pictures shows a close up of the shroud/air tube spacing.
The bolt probe is brass and very similar to a Gen.1 Mrod, it is cupped. ALL hardware to install this breech is included. You don’t use the stock screws, two are short and two long. It IS reversible for lefty’s.

lushberry13, that is the man but he isn’t advertising the .25 cal Mrod breech on eBay. If you deal with him through Facebook he is cheaper, cutting out the middleman. He accepts PayPal and you don’t pay a fee, it is charged as a service and you are protected. But Suriya has been great and very trustworthy. He ships FAST too.

Very easy to install and ALL hardware is included. Two long and two short breech screws attach it just like the stock breech, The included screws have the correct threads. The transfer ports are identical to a stock Mrod and I would guess the Prod too. His machining is excellent.

You are welcome. These are very easy to swap out with only two different hex wrenches, one for the barrel set screws and the other for the breech screws.

IT STATES .... PISTOL ONLY which would be 1701 1720 & P-rod fitment
Probe to caliber needs to be addressed as well.

Video shows a brass thimble with transfer port installed , so, less machine work is using an LW blank ? Need to modify a factory barrel?

Still looks like a PISTOL receiver to me ? ( both )
All the other parts shown are VERY MUCH pistol parts.

The eBay pictures are all pistol breeches but the pictures I posted above are my .25 cal Mrod with his breech installed. The rifle breech design looks just like pistol design, but with an obviously wider magazine well to accept the .25 cal. and different breech screw configuration. I don’t know about breeches for the .177/.22 Mrods but the .25 cal. fits the RIFLE spot on.
