I'm looking for a new scope to put on an fx boss…it currently has an fx 6-18-44 sfir…I'm trying to hunt squirrels, coyote, beavers, and whatever else….side focus just isnt cutting it…better from the bench…so I'm looking for a 30 mm scope…mil dot…at Least a 40 mm objective and at Least 3-9 variable zoom….no side focus….price range….I'm thinking not over 300…it is an fx so I'm not going to center point or anything of the likes…prefer something half way nice

I had the swfa ss-16 and the discovery ffp was way better scope as swfa had funny eye focus to me

Not 30 mm but it’s a great scope, yardage markings are spot on, holds zero, tracks well, pretty good glass.

Sorry…no ao…that's just as bad as side focus…I have an fx scope on the gun now which is better than that hawke scope…but that's ok I think I've decided on a zeiss scope…

I appreciate all the suggestions from everyone

You looking for a fixed parallax scope?

Just curious what ranges you are hunting? After being able to adjust parallax out, I personally would not want to go back. To each their own. We all have what we like.

Yes fixed parallax….my targets move around to much and to fast to have to worry about trying to focus the scope..just point and shoot.
