New Pyramyd Air pellet packaging........NOT!

Last 2 orders of pellets from them came in a Manila envelope with ZERO packing! They ultimately made it right by replacing them (because every single tin, 8 of them, were thrashed almost beyond recognition! ) C'mon P.A., do it right the FIRST time! Not crazy about dealing with A.D. but their pellets have ALWAYS come beautifully packed, whether I'd ordered 2 or 20.

You do realize that Airgun Depot and Pyramid air are one and the same when it comes to sharing merchandise....that's why his pellets came from Utah!!! So The Depot sent those poorly packed pellets! 

Either way it's not good for business! Looks like they came from Amazon and I'll never do that again...☹

Hello I just got 4 tin’s of predator pollymag’s and it was in the foam cut-outs wrapped up in plastic wrap like normal, but it also came from Ohio

2/26/21 I received my package of 12 misc tins of pellets and slugs. Packaging was as excellent as the last 2 times. However,not in any way PA,s fault. Of those 12 items. Some of the JSB items did not have the sealed tape AND did not have the bottom foam pad. Of the 9 tins I have opened,all had very little residue in the bottom of the tin. 1 JSB tin had maybe 6 tiny slivers of lead flash !. The cleanest tin of the batch were the H&N slugs.There was no residue or anything. Color me impressed. My next order will include more H&N items.

I've recieved 3 pellet orders from PA in the last month and all of them were packed in the usual PA foam that they've been using for years.

This week I received an order of pellets from Pyramyd, all came in the foam inserts and well packed.

To my knowledge PA is in Cleveland, Ohio (Solon) 

folks like to complain and only order 4 tins, they are a joke as customers

order a couple of sleeves and they get packaged properly as shown a couple of posts above

However the dealers should charge a bucks a ton and put the profits into packaging

Also they should take a minimum of 5 tins or tell you to buy them at walmart 

Betcha if most on this forum had to package up pellets all day in varying amounts like 2 and 3 tins most would be packaged improperly

Fault lies with both parties but only the dealer can correct the issue AS THE CUSTOMER IS TOO STUPID TO ORDER QUANTITIES THAT MAKE FOR EASY SHIPPING
