New Pyramyd Air pellet packaging........NOT!

Just received an order of 4 tins of pellets today from Pyramyd Air that shipped from Draper, UT and was a little less than excited when I opened the (undamaged) box.

Maybe someone just got in a hurry and grabbed the brown packing paper by accident? Did they run out of the really, really great foam pellet packaging they always use?

Is this going to be the new "normal" from them? Or, did they come from someone other than Pyramyd that doesn't use the same care when packaging. Not naming names.

Luckily, 3 of the tins were not damaged and the 4th one only had a minor dent in the lid. Probably no damage to the pellets..........this time.

Don't mean to be whiny; just disappointed, that's all. I don't think I've ever received a damaged tin of pellets from Pyramyd before with the black foam packaging..wherever they shipped from.

i think its the guys at shipping- i got a 5 pack from Utah and they were all opened up inside the box- they made it right also just crazy as most of them shoot also and damn well know how the shipping companies just throw our stuff around. yes trenier really does a fantastic job he got my pellets every order perfect really good how he does it and gets them shipped same day usually if its early enough

Wow, I hope that does not become the norm. I have an order of .30 JSB's that just shipped a few days ago... We will see...

I wouldn't worry about it, probably they ship like 100's of tins a day and we see that something was packed incorrectly like once a week...month?

So that's like 1 in 1000 that is packed incorrectly, not bad in my opinion. With all the places I ordered pellets from I never have problems with any of them.

Last 2 orders of pellets from them came in a Manila envelope with ZERO packing! They ultimately made it right by replacing them (because every single tin, 8 of them, were thrashed almost beyond recognition! ) C'mon P.A., do it right the FIRST time! Not crazy about dealing with A.D. but their pellets have ALWAYS come beautifully packed, whether I'd ordered 2 or 20.

Very literally my last pellet order from PA and came packed like you see. 5 tins in each bubble mailer, then both of those shoved in a third and sent out in the US Mail. 6 of 10 tins, while not badly, were dented. They sort of made good by sending me 2 free tins plus $10 in Bullseye bucks.

Haven't ordered from them since and unless the sale is an insane one, I won't be again.
