Just received an order of 4 tins of pellets today from Pyramyd Air that shipped from Draper, UT and was a little less than excited when I opened the (undamaged) box.
Maybe someone just got in a hurry and grabbed the brown packing paper by accident? Did they run out of the really, really great foam pellet packaging they always use?
Is this going to be the new "normal" from them? Or, did they come from someone other than Pyramyd that doesn't use the same care when packaging. Not naming names.
Luckily, 3 of the tins were not damaged and the 4th one only had a minor dent in the lid. Probably no damage to the pellets..........this time.
Don't mean to be whiny; just disappointed, that's all. I don't think I've ever received a damaged tin of pellets from Pyramyd before with the black foam packaging..wherever they shipped from.

... I just recieved and order of pellets (4) last week from pyramid. Packing was great! Pellets were packed tightly in those black foam cut outs snug in a box. Recieved some Baker that were packed nicely as well..
