Hi, I’m new to the forum. I’m a longtime firearms shooter who’s gotten more into airguns recently. I have a small collection of air pistols. My favorites being a PowerLine 717 I bought in the early 80s and a Trevox. My most capable air rifle is a new Gauntlet 25 PCP and I’ve assembled a compressor setup to charge a 3L 4500 PSI scuba tank using a Yong Heng compressor of which I know a lot about the setup and use of.

My other air rifle is an Octane Elite 22, which is quite an excellent gas piston rifle. Prior to air rifles, my one favorite rifle is a 1944 M1 Garand that I built to match grade back in the 80s.

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole. Looks like a great filling setup you have there.

How do you like that ebay carbon tank? I've been looking at them.

It’s an Iorman 3L tank with the valve and hose from Amazon for $300. It looks to be a great tank and fittings. Much better capacity than the SCBA tanks. I got a padded shoulder bag made for it.

Thanks. I really like the setup. No issues. It charges fast and dry. I modified the water separator with a small segment of fiber filter at the inlet and the rest filled with molecular sieve beads.

Howdy neighbor and welcome aboard. I live about 25 miles north of Baltimore and I also collect air pistols. My favorite is the Smith and Wesson 79g. I had one when I was in my teens. My most accurate is the Crosman 2300s with red dot.

Nice! My most accurate pistol is my old PowerLine 717 with a reflex sight.
