New M3 in .357 Missing Part!!!

So either FX didn't test it at the factory like they say they do.

The dealer did some sort of work on the gun out of the box, either swapping caliber or some other nonsense. 

So either FX is lying about testing every gun or AGD messed with a gun from the factory and is giving FX a bad name. I don't know about you guys, but I refuse to buy any high dollar guns from anyone but the small businesses we know have great customer service. Too many good options with Utah Airguns, SPAW, Talon Tunes, Georgia Airguns, etc to trust the big box store of airguns of AGD/PA with a $1000+ purchase.

Having options is really good but if none of your options has the rifle then I check around. I do look at the other smaller shops like I said in the beginning (Ohio AirGuns, PalmBeachAirguns, and Utah Air). In this case the big box store was able to get it to me albeit non functional. FX has already sent me the new probe next day air and I am confident in my skills to insert the pellet probe.

I understand wanting to support the small business guys but business is business and I don't need or want extra services. It's a really nice option to offer and is a good selling point to get customers that want to ensure their rifle is up to par. One assumption that is carried out through this whole thread is that if you purchase from A, B, C or D dealer(smaller shop) that your rifle will be perfect and without flaw or issues. Although the services my alleviate some issues there is NO 100 percent. In other words I'm sure they still have some problems as well.

Again, thanks for your experience and your preferences but that's not what everyone wants or needs. Always good to have options but to cutoff big box just because doesn't make much sense to me. 



 
I received the pellet probe and FX even sent another grub screw to ensure I had one. Definitely satisfied with customer service and the prompt response. I installed the probe and had zero issues after. 
Initial shot string gave me 857fps with the FX 81gr pellets. I didn't mess with the regulators and they were set at @140 first and 125 or so on the second reg. Definitely has power to spare and at those settings pushing 132ft/lbs. 

I finally received an email from AGD and like I already knew they just gave me the phone number for FX USA. They also said that sometimes they put accessories in the case; since when is thee pellet probe an accessory? And, in the same sentence went on to say that since they don't carry the probe I would need to go through FX. So in one sentence it's an accessory but in a few more words it's not an item we carry! So how could it be an accessory if it don't carry them? Just ridiculous!!!

Either way, FX did right by me!!

@ram2jeep good to hear it is fixed, but I would never do business again that treated me like Airgun Depot did. After spending $2000 plus grand on new rifle saying, “Oh sorry its your problem to deal with. Call the manufacture and deal with it yourself, we only wanted your money to provide after purchase support!”

I will definitely be spending my $$$$ at different dealers going forward. I really appreciated everyone's opinions and suggestions for dealers and will try one of them for sure. This isn't about extra services offered but only basic and genuine customer service.

Example is I ordered the extension for the Ronin from DonnyFL. I, not anyone else, picked the FX end cap as that what's this is for. Received the extension yesterday as well, but it didn't fit the M3. I sent an email to DonnyFL and within 30 minutes I was told I ordered the wrong end cap but they had already got together another end cap and were sending it out this morning. 
I was amazed that DonnyFL got back to me so quickly and for what he did; real and genuine customer service. I had already purchased multiple items from DonnyFL but I will be sticking with those that appreciate my $$$$...
