New Long range slug Molds arrived today in > .22 and .25 caliber

WHat calibers are you looking for , I have over 30 molds what barrels >? do you know diameters of what you need >?? of do you plan on sizing ammo to gun ? I have some data now out to 250meters and some data much further in a special pcp , but I make .22 25 and .30 and .257 only I dont mess with anything big the heavest I make is 118 grains in a .257 and I believe my lightest .22 is a noe 22 cal I have a std and hollow point in 30 grains and I make many in between ., molds are avail for number of places , I also swag

bomb do you know what weights you are looking for , I may have a few molds you may want

no i nly have 22 .25 .257 and .30 i have pellet and slug ones the pellet molds have 4 sets of pins so u can make 4 diff weights I just got the 22 one today

I got 22 slugs molds 20 23 30 28 36 AND 55 GR + PELLET MOLDS

25 CAL I GOT 34 38 48 AND 41 GR + PELLET MOLDS

257 I GOT 73 90 118 AND 127 GR

30 CAL I GOT 48 52 , 61 74 AND PELLET MOLDS TO 74 GR

WELL I GOT 3 OF THEM WITH 4 PINS ONE IN 22 ONE IN 25 ONE IN 30 I AVE 4 SLUG MOLDS IN 25 AS WELL

i believe the lightest is 34 the heaviest is around 52 grains

HI David they will chamber fine in your bt65 , however , you will need to do a few power mods to get them to shoot fast , I like shooting them like 900 to 950 fps ,

so with my BT 65 I have one air tube regulated and I use a huma reg at 135 bar with xxl manifold to shoot MK2 pellets at 860fpe



Then I have an unregulated air tube I modified it for larger volume f air and also I tuned all ports to match up , and I turned down inside of housing to hold more air and I opened up ports to dump air faster and machined down valve do it got better airflow .



Here people like him sell them on line , but just get mold , also if you doing any other size in your 25 caliber , invest in a slug sizer like say .248 , .249 and .250 ., This is something you will need ,for this caliber , not so much with MP slug as if u looked how it is made it only uses a small band so it acts like a skirt ,

hi bobr this is my current slugs for 30 cal edgun



59 to 74 fr pellet noe

48 gr slug

52 gr slug

61 gr slug

the 3 molds above I had made special from accurate molds and found the 52 gr very best with super long with huma reg set at 150 bar , I am getting 900fps and 1 moa , I have taken lots of coyotes with all of them in 30 25 and 22 caliber

so if you having one made tell size and weight , say you know a 90fpe gun is 40 gr at 900 fps , and you shoot one and it is 840fps , then you need to make slugs like 34 gr

as far as mixture with 30 cal 95 lead 5% tin



P/S bob to answer the 46 gr 30 cal shot horrible so cant use it ,sometimes you have to make a few molds to get a perfect bullet for your gun , Why I like buying custom molds from accurate is he has experience and is precise in sizes well beyond .0001 , so his work is perfect and he can tailor finished sizes to suit your shooting say you want finished diameter of say . .300 for your gun , you tell him you going to use say pure lead or , mixture 85/5 or what ever and he will make sure with what you say you using it will be exact size , not close but exact , so you can get a perfect mold if you measure properly hope this helps



only downfall with him is he does not do sizes under .280 , I wish he did .22 and .25 I asked him many times he cant he said with his tooling ,
