I received my order of the new JSB Exact 15.9 .20 cal pellets today, I shot them through my theoben MFR and they are extremely accurate and still retain good energy at 50 yards. Muzzle velocity was 800 fps and at 50 yards velocity was 717 fps good for 18 foot pounds. I'm going to turn up the power on MFR and try to get closer to 850-900 at the muzzle. This new .20 cal pellet from JSB might renew interest in the .20 cal again. Might investigate converting my Brocock Bantam Sniper to .20 cal. LW makes a .20 cal barrel blank and I'll have to machine a probe, only problem might be the magazine.

That's great to hear! I really miss the .20 Sheridan that so used to shoot as a kid, great caliber!

You are very fortunate, not only do I love the mfr, .20 is my favourite calibre and jsb are quality.

I have a Beeman R1 in .20 and will try the new 15.9gr. pellets, although for use in a springer the 13.7's are VERY good.
Maybe not for hunting, but for all around target shooting the .20 is a good caliber.

Because of these new pellets I got a LW .20 choked barrel machined for my Gen1 Mrod. Turned out great and very accurate .5" groups at 55yds! It's tuned at 900fps and I'm very happy with it.

My buddies unregulated .20 cal Synrod shooting the jsb 16g pellets @ 840 fps @ 25 fpe @ 30 yards...

.. .20 cal needs all the help it can get .. i still think it's a shame we didnt go with 5 and 6 mm , instead of 4.5 and 5.5 mm ..

Love me some .20cal!! Gonna try some of those new heavy JSB soon. I really enjoy sitting down with my coffee and smacking little steel plates at 80yds and then resetting them by shooting the top plate. I’ll probably have to raise the reg pressure a little but that’s a pretty simple affair as all EDgun’s are.
