New HW30

I have a new afliction... the weihrauch bug. One second I was looking at a HW30s Deluxe on AoA's website... The next thing I know the brown truck is backing up my driveway.

And this comes about 5 weeks after I bought my first weihrauch, the HW75. This might be a serious problem.

I am in the same boat as you fellas.... my HW50s-UP just arrived a few days ago and I cant get enough of my HW springers! This one shoots so nice. 😊

I wish Air Arms still made a break barrel as I likely would have one of them to. Their underlevers have the loading port biased to one side and it is not left hand shooter friendly so I probably will never purchase one.

HW springers are therapeutic. An hour after work with a springer is a great relaxation. I enjoy them all.

HW 30 Deluxe Absolute laser at under 30yds. No noise. Little kick. Pellet friendly.

HW50 Great shooter. Maccari tuned. Quiet. Smooth as silk. Likes H&N 14.64

HW35 After 2000 pellets jury is still out. Good group today not so tomorrow.

HW95 One inch plus out of the box, but too many fliers. Probably needs a good tune.

HW97 .177 can kill a fly at 40 yds. Likes 10.34s. Scott Blair tune. Love this gun.

Your bank account and your wife will be sorry you bought that gun, but you won’t regret it a minute.

I love them all.

I love me so Weihrauch guns !!! They are just in a league of their own . I know ...I know what about Air Arms and Walther Springers ??

There is just something about the HW rifles that are just " right"

PS gorgeous gun

This sums it up perfectly.

I own a Walther LGU,Air Arms Pro Sport,Diana 54 among many others. I picked up an HW97 in .22 this past summer.

I LOVE the 97!! It just feels Right.

Mike.

I have 2 Weihrauch made Beeman's. A R7 .177 (HW30) and a R1 .20 carbine (HW80). They are fantastic airguns. However... my 2 Benjamin Steel Eagles in .177 and .22 are really not that far behind. I shoot offhand 99%of the time. I'm retired and often shoot over 100 pellets a day. With the trigger set for around a pound and a half those Benji's are quite capable. The Weihrauch's are still my #1 and 2 go to springers.

I know the Benji's are NP2 gas rams, but they are still all break barrels to me.

I love just about all of the HW guns, but the HW30 is probably the one that gets grabbed the most, whether it be it for late-night, basement 10 meter paper-punching, sub 20-yard tree rat mitigation, or random plinking.

OP: if you think this is a problem, wait until you discover what else you can get from Weihrauch, especially if you look at Krale prices. I recommend the HW95 for a good, all around hunter, HW35 for a true classic, HW80 for when power really does matter, and an HW97 for mini-sniping of a bench. Oh, and don't forget to purchase each of those in multiple calibers. If you decide you want one of those other ones, I'm sure AGN members can provide all the rationalization you need to pull the trigger...no pun intended.
