New FX Royale 400 trigger stuck? help please

Dan -a play by play would help -(pellets) stuck in barrel -what led up to that?I'm afraid the gun could still be cocked at the moment.does the cocking lever, move free like its still cocked ?.and with the gun out of stock aiming down at nothing you like.look at the safety lever -when off is the trigger blade free to rock front to back.- also is the bottle on tight?,so more info is a must, air pressure?don't get or let anyone get in front of it please!-my first thought is safety yours -and then guns safety not clearing the trigger ,then post results

Thanks everyone for the help, I took the pellets out yesterday that's not the problem, the problem is when i cocked the gun the trigger won't fire.
I am not going to take off the bottle since it's a new gun I don't want to make it worse. I called AOA service dept. this morning to see if they can help still haven't heard from them, hopefully they call me back soon.
Again thanks you guys. Dan

I got the Royal back from AOA about a week ago, it took 3 almost 3 weeks.
Yesterday i shot two and half magazine and same think happen, I coked the gun and the trigger stock won't fire, has anyone have this happen? Could be a defect? Would the store take it back? please give me an advise never went true something like this before.
Thanks Dan.

here is the trigger assembly/hammer setup
and the 2 screws behind the trigger blade can sometimes work out of adjustment
does the trigger move ?
you might adjust them one at a time very very lightly to see if that is what the problem is

There is a thin, hard flat washer between the hammer spring and the hammer adjuster "screw cap". I have seen this thin washer crack into two or three pieces and then these small pieces fall down to interfere with the cocking/trigger assembly. It is very easy to verify. Just remove the rifle stock and then take a bright flashlight and look into the trigger assembly from the rifle bottom. If you see anything odd, any pieces that look like they do not belong there, it is most likely a piece of the washer just mentioned. If you do not see anything odd and you are mechanically inclined, consider removing the trigger assembly to verify there are no washer pieces present. There are only 3 pins holding the trigger assembly in place and it is a very simple trigger design; to work on clean, lube and reinstall.
