New FX Crown coming

I have one with the green laminate stock. I need to purchase a synthetic stock because I don't want to scratch the laminate stock. You will love it.

I am going to check with Utah Airguns to make sure it is lugit before I adjust mine. but it looks like he knows what he is talking about.

Dont forget the Meathead Marksman isn't allowed a silencer on his Crown where he lives, so if you follow the series from the beggining his goal was to make the rifle quiet!

As mentioned above most Crowns come pretty well tuned out the box for the lighter .25 pellet, my adivce would be to shoot at least a few tins with it first before mucking about with any settings.

The FX guns need patience to tune and if you are a newcomer you may find it all a bit stressfull!

Advise well taken. I have had mine for awhile now and I am lucky to have Utah Airguns 1.5 hrs down the street. They are a great crew. I can stop in and ask them advise before I screw it up. I would like the shot strings to have a nice flat line for consistency. First step is for me to graph it.

Congratulations HD 2010. The Crown was my first PCP in June. It is a very nice rifle. I tend to agree with the posts that say leave it alone, and just find the pellets, and power setting that you like. Unfortunately for me the expenses were just beginning, because I got the PCP fever and the only cure was 6 more rifles. Medical insurance did not cover this illness.
