The FX Dreamline Compact has quickly become one of the most popular Dreamline configurations for airgunners. It is easy to see why: a lightweight and compact rifle built around the dynamic Dreamline modular block that retains the high performance and innovative elements of a full-size FX rifle. But now with more than double the shot count thanks to the stout 300cc carbon fiber bottle.

The 300cc carbon fiber bottle can be filled to 250 BAR and allows for an impressive amount of shots per fill for such a small rifle. This 300cc carbon fiber powerhouse allows for up to 60 shots per fill in .22 caliber, and 45 shots per fill in .25 caliber on a standard tuning. In comparison the standard Dreamline Compact with it's 170cc air cylinder filled to its 230 BAR maximum achieved 25 shots per fill in .22 caliber, and 20 shots per fill in .25 caliber.

The Dreamline Bottle Compact will be offered in two models: The Dream-Lite Bottle Compact and the Dream-Tact Bottle Compact. The Dream-Lite is a sleek streamlined model with a removable rear skeleton stock that weighs in at just 5.2 lbs.

The Dream-Tact Bottle Compact is ready to be equipped with a Mil-Spec AR Buttstock of your choice (not included). It also features a folding stock adapter. The click-to-fold stock allows this already compact rifle to become even smaller for extreme portability at just 21.5" folded (23.75" folded in .25 Cal).

The Dreamline Compact is engineered to provide modular versatility and a backpack friendly setup without compromising shot-count and performance. The Dreamline Compact uses the large capacity standard Side-Shot magazine. This provides 18 rounds per magazine in the popular .22 caliber (21 round in .177 cal / 16 rounds in .25 cal). The rest of the Dreamline features existing in this model, including the externally adjustable AMP regulator, rear hammer power adjuster and transfer port adjuster. The side cocking level is extremely light and smooth, perfectly placed above the fully adjustable match grade trigger. The barrel on the Compact is the interchangeable FX Superlight Smooth Twist X barrel using the Superior STX liner in a 300mm length (380mm in .25 caliber). All Dreamline models including the Dreamline Compact now come with the Dreamline Power Plenum standard.

Existing Dreamline Compact owners who would like to purchase the thinner shroud that allows for the use of a bottle can contact FX USA at 1-866-639-0772 or email at [email protected]. For those outside of the US, please contact your local dealer for availability. The 300cc Carbon Fiber bottles are sold individually through any FX dealer.

If I have the earlier dream line compacts I guessing I can’t use the 300cc bottle on it? Because of shroud size.

    "pictured is the .22 cal",

In that case the extra 2" of the ,25 shroud should nearly bring the 480 bottle into play.

John, may I ask and if you know, does Fredrick dislike the the look of Rifles where the bottle and shroud end at the same length.

Harry.. The 480cc Bottle will extend past the muzzle of the 320mm .22 barrel. This isn't a problem unless you want to attach a moderator then it becomes an issue. I have sourced a 2" solid aluminum barrel extension that will allow use of a moderator with the 480cc Bottle. PM me for specific details on the extension.

Will the conversion from the original "fat" shroud to "skinny" be a barrel/shroud swap, or will there be a kit for the shroud only?

I see "skinny" barrel/shroud combos offered, but don't want to go to that expense if there is a less expensive fix on the horizon to keep the barrel and swap the shroud.

    Thanks!

I might be the only one but I really like how the old compacts are, the super light barrel system is simply awesome and don't really need a moderator most of the time if not cranked all the way up. And it's definitely lighter too!
