"Medium, very precise pellet with a flat trajectory for medium distances. Exceptional aerodynamic design for high impact and penetration. Great for target shooting and field use."

i'm no expert but, wouldn't the flat trajectory depend on the FPS the pellet is traveling? if it was shot at 100 FPS even at only 20 yards it wouldn't have a flat trajectory.

they're labelled as "Field Target". do competitors shoot .25 in field target comps? or, are they referring to quarry as "Field targets"?

just playing devil's advocate 👿😉

As Josh3rd said, they are not new. The name is confusing given the existence of the FTT/FTS twins. The Field Target was discontinued in .22 cal several years ago while the .177 continued production. Beeman also sold the .22 Field Target as their own .22 Ram Jet pellet. The .177 Ram Jet was a different pellet than the .177 Field Target, just to add to the confusion. The Field Target design was sold at least back in the mid-90s. A couple of my airguns shoot them well, others don't.
