New Christmas gift arriving next week!

Just thought I'd mention that the part arrived last week and I had the old broken off threaded part out and the new one screwed in in less than 10 minutes.

I have a whole 15 minutes of personal filling time on my MCH6 now. Kinda cold out so I'm not shooting very much but it is nice to have all the air I need when I need it.

I had the same thought when i used mine for the first time. And now you can fill for others for profit ;-)

If I had a gas run unit like yours, Steve, along with your cold temps I’d rig up a oil warmer deal that you plug in and keep it plugged like what the diesel trucks have to make cold starts easy.

secondly, on the oil filter they make rubber sleeves that slip onto oil filters, with strip magnets molded into the rubber, to catch any metal flake in the oil that comes from wear and tear.

it wouldn’t hurt to send oil samples once a year to places like Blackstone labs to get an analysis on how the engine is doing.

if your use on the engine is few and far between, consider adding fuel treatment to keep the gas from waxing up. Fuel stabilizer is what it’s called

Sorry for the late reply and Thanks for the advice!

My old electric blanket died so I went and changed the oil to some thinner blend of Mobile 1 just for winter time. We have another older E blanket somewhere but need to find it. Engine still doesn't start easy in colder temps but it'll get going on warmer days in the afternoon.
