Need install help. 2nd air tube Leshiy **update**

I have ideas about how to do this, but not entirely sure. It either goes under the OEM tube, in which case the butt stock will need to be transferred, but what about the EDMU?

Or, it goes on up and to the right of the OEM tube, without changing anything else?

Anyone have a link to purchase one.

Thanks

You have to order them from drozdpcp in Russia. It's a sketchy order, but goes smoothly.

I'd also recommend you remove and silicon oil lube all of the o-rings before the installation. That will help with the seals and keep them from drying out quickly. I had read that people had leak issues with the extra air tank, but I've not experienced that yet.

I'd say I am more than pleased. I bought two of them expecting I might sell one to offset some of the shipping costs, but I was so happy with the first one I installed the 2nd one a few days later. It basically doubles whatever shot count you're getting and it lowers the shoulder rest about 1.5" which I feel works out great as the scope is raised closer to your eye-line and you're not lowering your head down as much.

Update:

Install of the 100cc air tube went quite smoothly. All you Leshiy owners out there, consider ordering one of these!

Adds very little weight, more than doubles shot count, drops the butt for better sight picture and less neck strain, allows you to tune it hot, and balances the rifle much better. The center of gravity is now right at the handle.

Mine has the Huma reg at 120 bar, 350 mm barrel, .25 cal, extended shroud, Dedal with a Streamlight. (need an Akula bad) I tuned it pretty hot at 40 ft lbs (see string below... polymags...note SD; great consistency) and got a solid 23 shots on the reg at that power. This means if I tuned it down to 20 ft-lbs, I would be probably be getting over 40 shots/fill.

Pic is a group of 20 Polymags at 20 yrds... for some reason this gun loves the polys... stacks em.

I did tinker with some 26.8 gr, 29gr, and 33gr NSA's today, and I couldn't group em anywhere near as good as the polys. I have ran a whole slew of VK and NSA slugs over the past 2 months in this gun, and just can't get them to group well. I may keep trying, but honestly, for what this little rifle was built for, 60 yrds and under, it seems to excel at... if I want to hurl slugs I'll grab my R5M, Uragan, Taipan long, or Impact with slug barrel. and man those polys smack HARD. Can't wait for the Hades in .25...wonder if they will group as well as the polys?

Do yerselves a favor and drop a second tube on your Leshem!!

(sorry bout the apple blown all over target... polymag literally detonated it)

Glad the install went smoothly.

I agree with you on the Polymags. I've tried both the .22 and .30 Polymags and they are spot on POI with the equivalent weight JSB pellet. Very accurate - and very devastating to apples, LOL.

I've had mixed success with slugs myself. In .30 it sprays the slugs all over, 1"+group at 15 yards. The .177 15.5 NSA work pretty well and I've had very good success with the swagged .22 19gr NSA. I've playing with the .22 high speed 23 gr and they are showing promise but I need to try them at some longer ranges to be sure.
