Need help!... My Air Ranger is not cocking.

Don't fret or throw your Ranger down the driveway just yet. Make sure the gun is pointed in a safe direction or degass it if it makes you feel better. Push in and align the bar that's protruding in front of the trigger block until you see daylight and wiggle the third pin that fell out when you took off the stock. The pins are not press fitted so they can easily walk. The piece that's protruding is probably part of the sear or is the sear.





Here's the trigger pack on my Huntsman Regal XL. Probably the same.

Another thing you "might" need to do to align the sear is to cock the gun to align the pin while wiggling it in place. Try the above procedure first and if it doesn't work, try the second.
