Need Android App advice for use with 240fps video from GoPro

I have a GoPro Hero 7 Backbone & a Side-Shot scope mount. I'm recording in 1280x960 @240fps. When I save the video file to my Android Galaxy S7 I'm unable to view it in slow-motion. When I went shooting with Thayne (Side-Shot) he downloaded the video file to his iPhone and was able to view it in slow-motion and edit/change the part of the vid clip that he wanted to be in slow-motion. Any Android users out there who can help?

Thanks

I have a S8 so I’m not sure on s7 I have 3 resolutions 19x9=1920x1080, full 18.5:9 2224x1080, 1:1 1440x1440 there is no 1280x960. I don’t know how you can convert from 1280x960 to one of the other resolutions .

I'm not recording with my S7. I'm merely transferring 240fps files from my GoPro to my Android phone.

I downloaded the "best" Android slow-mo app (Slow Motion FX). It works great but it changes the definition from 1280x960 to 960x720 (& the vid is flipped & reversed). So I downloaded the "best" flip & rotate app (Smart vid Rotate & Flip). It works great but reduces the Slow Motion FX file by almost 1/2.
I cant be the only Android user using a Hero7 for slow-motion scope recording... am I?
