Need air

Well not really? But my son his GF and I did in 500 Collared dove's and a bunch of pigeons plus a few Grackles and blackbirds yesterday. Tried four different .22 pellets all of which did the job. 18.13 killed well but too many pass throughs. The Hades also performed well as did the polly Mags. But the winner was the Terminator with the best pop. The polly did good but I didn't have the shorts and mag feed was iffy. The 18.13 would have been my choice as there range is better but the dairy had too many wookers and nearby houses. Started cool, jacket by afternoon T shirt. I have never seen a infestation like this 1000's of targets. Can't imagine how many $$$$$ they eat a day. Well suns shining and guns are aired. Oh one more point, lubed the pellets with WD40 silicone, we have tried 6-8 lubes and this seems the best as it again SEEMS to increase velocity and extend accuracy.

Well yesterday was a few less birds then the day before. Good dogs get smart fast. Shooting was still excellent we were in the for 450 to 500 bird range and one ground squirrel. Today looks excellent sunshine very little wind. I'll see if I can get the wife to shoot a couple of pictures while I'm shooting or a video if I can learn I'll download . My son aired up the tanks yesterday afternoon at Airguns of Arizona and we should have enough air for the weekend.

Sounds like you are having a good time. What guns are the bunch of you shooting?

LW barrels like the 1 lube and stays on the pellets for ever. Helps barrel fouling.

In my Theoben MKII .25 after 300 shots use to have to clean the barrel. Very under sized barrel but being an AZ gun has big power and more accurate than most shooters.

I found the WD40 in my applications no where near as good as the 1 Lube even in my RAW's. But everyone has different results. That's what makes the hobby so interesting.

WD40 has a 3 flamablity

1 Lube is a 1 so I would say you are getting a boost by the 3 rating. Jmo

Thanks💀

2 LW barrels and FXcrown. LW my son had flitzed the barrels. Smooths them up keeps fowling in check. Shot a target or two yesterday at 50 yards, all seemed OK. About the same shooting today and a bit of wind to keep you on your toes. Dont know how this farmercan keep feeding this many birds. Guess buying food by the semi load helps, as in multiple loads a week. They have a huge blender that they custom mix feed for each age and duty of a part of the dairy heard. Well son is airing up tomorrw morning. May need a portable compressor for tanks.
