Nice! You cameĀ in swinging for sure. Check out the HW30 for a well balanced collection.
For a newcomer, you certainly did come out swinging for the fence! Very nice choices, very nice mounts, great scopes...I like your style! But the "Buy once, cry once" philosophy doesn't usually work well with airguns, because with each finely crafted gun you buy, you end up wanting more! Also, assuming they are all stock guns, once you try a well-tuned springer and see the additional difference a tune can make, well....that's just another rabbit hole to go down.
Both the TX200 and HW97 and great....and there's no lack of debate on which is "better." I've got both and enjoy both, but I have to agree with intenseaty - the HW30 in .177 would be my next pick. They're trim, low powered, and usually shoot like lasers. Rarely see them come up for sale on the classifieds, and that's because nobody who buys one ever wants to sell it.Ā
I'd personally pay theĀ little price premium for a Beeman R7 (same gun, but slightly nicer stock), or get an HW30 laminate stock from Airguns of Arizona if you want something a little different. Or the AoA urban pro if you want to go all out (with the laminate stock). Moderators don't quiet springers as much as PCPs, but they do make a noticeable difference, which is especially nice indoors.Ā
My (slightly customized) Urban pro is my number one go-to gun, especially when shooting indoors in the winter months. But you can't go wrong with either of the underlevers either. Or just enjoying what you've got! Either way, welcome to this crazy hobby obsession!!
