I will spend a few days using it and get back to all with my evaluation. One thing I don't like is having to use a rubber band to hold the camera on. The view through the scope is very clear and I expect the camera will do it's job I just need to learn how to set the parameters on the camera for both slomotion and normal speed. Nickolay who is Rusbear has been helpful with assistance but due to time difference it's not immediate but he has always replied.

Brian, hello. Sorry for delay - it was deep night in Moscow (now it is 5:32 morning). You've got all the answers in my e-mail. I have nothing against if you publish it here, if it doesn't consist any information that you don't like publishing.I even can not imagine how, but post service managed to break the camera holding device - there were no any indents before :( Did the box of the parcel was fine? Or it was damaged?
There is the photo in attachment, where you can see how the package should look. There are 6 screws on the aquabox that mounts it the the prism holder. In your case I would recommend screw the aquabox to the mount again and use epoxy in addition to glue it to be sure of strong fixing. I will take this situation into account for the future and will also glue that part in addition to screwing.

I just set up the Rusbear on my Crown using a Hawke 6-24x56 the view is nice and sharp I was able to transmit to my iPad the focusing is done manually by turning the lens but once set it’s nice and sharp. I just emailed them to see how I can correct 2 minor problems a little vignetting on the left side and the crosshairs are not centered. I will attach some photos in a minute from my phone as this site currently won’t accept photos from iPad.
the videos are nice and sharp I will go to the range and follow up with more after I see how it is on the firing line.

Brian, hello

"a little vignetting on the left side and the crosshairs are not centered"

There may be 2 reasons.
1) (95% that you have this reason) The device is not set correctly. The situation with the camera is the same as with your eyes - if you put your eye in wrong position to the scope you will see black crescent and if you put your eye too far or too close you will not see full size picture. Universal mount allows you to make corrections of the camera position, so you may just try to move camera left-right or up-down to correct the picture. I'd advice you to check back-forward position of the mount - untie it and try to move back-forward and check the picture.
2) You scope is in almost extreme left (right) position and when is set to low magnification you will always have this effect (https://youtu.be/ZL-Fiz65ZxI?t=2m1s) The correct way to solve that problem is to set up the Scope and sight it when it is in optical zero position

With best wishes,
Nikolay.

Went to the range the camera worked well and I have some nice video I need to edit. Then I will post it. I just downloaded a free video editor at vidiosoftdev.com now hopefully I’ll only need a few days to figure out how to edit.
My experiance in dealing with Rusbear has been excellent. I had a problem with the housing being damaged in shipping and even though I thought I could fix it the alignment is off and I get a cut off picture when using. Rusbear offered to return my money or send me replacement part, which I’m am awaiting in the meantime I will play with what I have and hopefully be able to figure out the editing process. I’ve done still photography bud video is totally new for me.
