I put this here because I found no other way to directly communicate with Michael..

Michael…I agree I was really hot when I posted this and grudgingly I have to agree that the post should be hidden. I don't think it was slanderous. It was telling accurately my treatment by FX. I realize they are a forum sponsor and you have some obligation to protect them. I do think you would have to agree that FX has been marginally up front with its buyers. One example is showing the Dreamline Tactical compact or the Wildcat with a carbon fibre bottle at a product show and then not having that product even on the manufacturing line. I had a Wildcat, with bottle, ordered with a cash deposit from Utah Airguns for over 3 months. On that issue I was told by UA that they received one and were not confident with the connection between the fibre bottle and the attached area on the rifle. I then changed my order to the Dreamline tactical compact with bottle, shown on many websites. I was sent a Dreamline tactical, not compact, with a 600 mm barrel. Not wanting to wait another, who knows how long for the advertised rifle, I found a gunsmith and cut down the barrel to make it almost a compact.

Accurately I did have a lengthy communication, both verbal and in writing with FX USA about repairing the in warranty Wildcat. I was assured it was about a 3 month turn around time. About is not equal to 6 months. Then FX releses the new plenum and are inundated with business. My Wildcat repair was put at the end of the line for attention. In addition I was told there are many repairs on the shelves that needed attention. Well!! I see dishonesty with the customers and inept management. Anticipate the problems and fix it if you are a manager. That's what you are getting the big bucks for.

I will follow through with the BB and perhaps my State Attorney General. I don't declare bassless actions for drama.

Thanks for the explanation of hiding the post. The purpose was to hopefully expidite my repair and to present to other potential buyers that it is wise to double check what you order from FX. As far a rarely making any difference what did I have to lose, except angering the moderators of the forum, which I would have preferred not to do. jim

Another Communication with Michael…It's been One week and one day since FXUSA told me that a technician was currently working on my rifle.. I have heard nothing from them since. Are your thoughts changing on the validity of my complaint? Even though they are a sponsor I think both the good and the bad need publishing. A little snotty here but one needs a 3 year warranty with FX  to make sure there is enough time for the warranty to be honored and the product returned in working condition.
