My new long range scope

With compound bows you set the peep height in way you raise the bow to your face (or nose touch a string) with closed eyes and the eyebox must fit without moving your head/neck.

Same with air rifles, you swallow a broom stick and raise the rifle, you don't bent your neck or tilt your head, you shall bring the scope in front of your eye and that is it.

This is not a simple setup, you adjust your pull length, butstock, cheekrest, scope height and so on, more tuning then a fps ES ;)

unless

you just toying around

Yup, everyone wants a comfortable, sensible fit. It can take some doing. But I'm very comfortable with my cricket now. I just have to do the same thing with my Avengers.

OH! THAT! Is most definitely a Sightron SIII dressed in Falcon clothing!

I don't know, what is that with Sightron, a hype / a benchmark / a good / a bad / a starting point / a model to sample / or just popular because some champ got one five years ago?

Its good better than average Japan scope that cost anywhere from $1000.00 to $1400.00+ average depending on model and whether its illuminated or not here in the US. I just bought another illuminated SIII for less than half price that has the white label (not the gold labeled one).

bigHUN,
I'm researching the same Falcon scope as yours. How do you like it for long range shooting?
Rod in San Francisco
Some 30K +++ shots later... yes I like it very much :p
I dedicated this .25x700 setup to a 100-200 meters BR. Also in my gunclub I had a chance to compare the glass at these distances to other Brands....
I can friendly advise don't bother with anything else for the same money.
