My first experience with Umarex customer service......

It was top notch! Yesterday I ended up losing a tiny little washer that goes on the screw that is part of the barrel pivot were the barrel and receiver are bolted together on the Diana 34. It is tiny! I couldn't find it anywhere. I wanted to finish what I was doing, so I ended up robbing one from my other 34. Which was all well and good, but I still needed another washer. Today I called Umarex and explained to them what it was that I was looking for. I made it clear that I had simply dropped and lost it somehow. The guy, his name was Caleb, said "I know exactly what part your talking about." He asked me my name, ph#, address and said I'll get one sent out to you right now. I asked how much do I owe you?......He said, nothing. I'll just get one on it's way.

I work in the automotive mechanic industry, which is customer service driven. I have to say that I was impressed with how they took care of me. Yeah...it was a small little washer. But, there aint many companies around any more that will "just get one out to ya". Have to say good job Umarex on the service. I don't forget things like this. I hope it gets here soon.
