My first camera shot

Got the Exilim 1100 last night, had the chance to play with it a little bit at work. Got home threw the mount on and ran outside for a minute before the wife started to yell. That didn't take long. The back of the chair was not really a stable rest with the butt against my chest but ill get some more video tomorrow. I'm on vacation. For just a few minutes to slap it together, its going to be fun. Ive got it on an Orion mount which works, but is a little rickety. I need to make sure I'm stable when I shoot. The .25 doesn't kick at all but its really noticeable on video. Need to pan out some, had it zoomed to close. I just got in the Leapers Heavy Duty Recon Bipod, but my Dr Bobs Tank mount isn't in yet.
Set up is
Daystate Air Ranger .25 JSB Heavy 33.95
Hawke 6-24x56 sidewinder
Exilim 1100
Orion mount for now

The SM cameras come into their own when tracking pellets for flight analysis.
Note the reason for the #2 shot flier here.
Range 71 yards; .25 Baracudas, old Casio EX-FH 100 :

45 yards arrow shot from FX Elite , 2X power Kahles scope. Note the wind hold-off then the way the drag stabilized arrow shifts its rear end downwind and then "tacks" into the wind and seems not to drift much to that range:

How it looks when everything goes well and pellets have stability even in some cross wind. FX Elite with .25 cal ST barrel and JSB Kings.

Play around with your camera, light and scope settings to pick up your pellets in flight.
Your camera is probably better than mine - one which has given up on taking stills but strangely still takes videos. ..... Enjoy the journey, Best regards, Harry.
