My experience with JSAR

I realize they are experiencing growth pains, but their customer service is lacking. Attached is a copy of the email I sent them over 3 weeks ago detailing my experience. No response as yet.

On Oct 16th I order a balanced valve and hammer for my Marauder. Two weeks later I called was was told there were no valves available but some were being made the following week. Another two weeks passed with no word that the valves had been made and the part shipped. When I called the person I spoke with had no information on my order. So, I cancelled the order and was told it would be cancelled. Two more weeks passed and the refund did not appear in my PayPal account. Again I called on Dec 9th or 10th to check. I cancelled the order again and was told it would be taken care of that day. On Friday the 13th the order arrived in my mailbox. Needless to say I was surprised. I am disappointed in the quality of your customer service. During the two months i received not so much as an email or phone call explaining the status of my order. I hope this isn't representative of your service.

Well hopefully it will fit the gun without any issues. I got one of their sears when I had a Kral PB and it was finished so badly it would not even go into the trigger housing without me working on it. Once I got it to fit it worked well.

How would it not even go into the housing? Mine fit fine, and functioned great. Did you contact them about the issue, maybe it slipped through qc?

It was made too big that's how. I did not contact them because I do have a fairly decent workshop and had the tools available to make it fit. If I did not have access to the tools I would have been pissed that something that easy would have been missed.
