My current optics (vortex)

My scope knowledge is extremely limited, lol little to none really but I have been enjoying my vortex crossfire2 6-18x44 on a few rifles so far and just today purchased my second vortex scope.i purchased a vortex copperhead 4-12x44 with Weaver quick lok rings for a sweet grand total of 120$ from a local independent gun shop. The glass looks to be very clear to me and the turret clicks seem very crisp on both scopes.i cannot really compare them to anything other than a cheap tasco or the bsa sweet17 I used to have in which both fogged up inside the glass whenever it got hot and humid (trash they went).I was looking to buy a Hawke but my local dealer gave me a nice deal today ,lol that's twice now I got my first vortex for 150$(crossfire2) from them.i like supporting local folks when possible.the crossfire2 has been on a Webley raider10,edgun r3m,cricket carbine and now my sweet 177 gladius, which I love.I put the copperhead on the .30 carnivore i recently got from Bwalton, great guy by the way.the quality of the vortex scopes seems very nice as well as the functions feel smooth but solid feeling.i hope to dial in the carnivore with the copperhead soon.
I'll post more info soon.
Thanks

dodge3500 I think you made a great choice. I have the Vortex Viper 6.5-20X50 and its my favorite scope. I have five Leupold scopes and they don't compare to the Vortex. Things are changing in the scope industry and i'm glad to be somebody that tries different brands. I used to just buy Leupold, because of their reputation. Finally learned that their a lot of great scope makers out there. Enjoy that new scope.
