Well without Donny LDC its 33" that can fit in a 35" case, OAL with LDC its 40"

The Smooth twist barrel came off the impact, it's a special barrel that can group 1" at 100Y now I can use it on both gun. on the Crown I made a .30 cal bronze pellet probe and a single shot tray.

the LDC has 8 vents at the rear and vents to the CF shroud 2 keep her super quiet, just love the way she looks. ! 

with this mods its not possible with the royale action with the barrel and bottle clearance will not accommodate a 30mm OD shroud.

With 500cc CF bottle she getting 45 shots







 
That does look fantastic. Is it now shorter than the Impact? I hadn't seen a rifle I'd prefer to pick up to hunt with over the Impact but that looks like it would be so easy to handle. 
I could imagine if you gave a .22 barrel the same treatment you'd get a great shot count and even quieter. 
I wonder will fx make shorter smooth x barrels?

would you mind snapping some pics of how you vented the rear of Donny’s ldc and made it interface with your CF shroud. I’m thinking about doing something like that on my WAR flex.

Here you go, 10 vent holes. there is one bushing in the middle of shroud with ID oring to keep shroud centered with barrel and 4 large vent on the OD of bushing to utilize the whole length of shroud. there is a large amount of air venting to the rear, with shroud removed and fired you hair will be a mess and that's a good thing less air coming out the LDC to keep vacuum noise down.
