mueller new 40x fixed

Hi! Chet, I see your not getting any response! this is a new model and I guess no one has one yet!! I have two Mueller scopes and have had no issues with them, they are both the 8-32x50 variables , one with target cross hairs and one with mill dots. One is on a .220 swift varmint rifle and the other is on a PCP bench gun. I can recommend them for there clarity and repeat ability and find them a very good scope for the price point! Hope this helps! J.L.

Yes, I had this scope on my .177 RAW TM1000 that I just sold today. I had a Weaver T series 36x40 prior to that. As far as I could tell, and shooting a few 25M BR matches with both scopes, they are pretty much equivalent in Quality. Both have clear glass and good target dot reticle. Both have 1/8 MOA turrets with solid repeatable clicks. The Mueller is a brighter scope due to the much larger objective (56mm vs 40mm), the Weaver seems dim when compared next to the Mueller. Oh, and the Mueller is half the price of the Weaver, plus its a 30mm tube versus a 1" tube on the Weaver. If you're not going to shell out the cash for a Sightron, you might as well save yourself a couple hundred $$$ and go with the Mueller. Oh, and the Mueller came with flip up lens covers, a bikini style lens cover, sun shade, and a large side wheel. FYI, the Weaver does come with two sets of turret knobs, screw on lens covers, and a sun shade...
