so i called mrodair a while back about a huben k1. i was excited that they picked up the phone and told me they have two in stock. one can be sold to me with the condition they needed to call the previous buyer who deposited that wanted to back out. i told them to call me back asap. said they would. i never heard from them again. i called and left them several messages saying i am ready to buy and dont leave me hanging. that didnt work...i just aint gonna do business with them...i suggest you guys do the same! they could have at least called me back and tell me something..

All the advertising & hype can be undone by 1 poor service report. I guess they don't need your (our) business.

They are the WORST in customer service I've encountered in this hobby and I've been in it since 2011. They ship fast. THAT'S IT... Horrendous. No customer service after the sale. NONE. Mike just doesn't give a crap as long as people keep ordering. Total joke
