Mrod Air Guns Quality?

I"ve had the P12, P10, Air Max Varmint .177 & .22, CP1m in Co2, S400 in .177 and .22 and the Air Max Precision pistol in .177.
Eight guns all total. All of them the 1st generation.
All have been exceptional except the CP1m Co2 but i'm not really a Co2 fan.
The brand suffers from the customer service part of the product and I'm one of many, many who have had a bad experience with him. Case in point....
Recently when a friend of mine purchased a new P!2 at the Arkansas gun show. He was told it had a reg installed. We were going to tune the gun down in power and discovered there was no regulator.
We both tried to contact Mike informing him of the error and requesting one be sent as we were told one was installed. (when I bought mine, there was one installed) but there has been no response. So I"m sour on the brand.
I was going to buy the dominator .22 with bottle but I think I'll take that money and spend it at the Texas show this week.....

I bought my precision mk2 pistol fully regulated for like 190 bucks. I think after shipping it was like 217. Anyway he had great service and replied same day to all my emails and questions which I think i emailed him like 4 times. His guarantee was basically shoot it and if it doesn't hit bullseye send it back. It came charged and worked great. I have no experience with any other item in his inventory but im going to buy the varmint air from him next. Basically a diana stormrider from someone who cares alot about the pride in his work. I have no affiliation with him but id definitely buy another gun from him. Knowing that he will be able to fix your gun if its not perfect is nice. Certainly beter than Amazon.

I have the Air Max Precision and a Varmint in .177. The Precision is well made, powerful and accurate. The Varmint is made well enough for the price but there are chatter marks in the breech end of the barrel where it was crowned. Accuracy not good. Both were shipped immediately after ordering so that was good but I emailed twice about getting another barrel and have never had a response. Found several others who had the same experience.

Well since he is not a paying sponsor here I'll let Er Rip !!! He has the WORST customer service in Airguns ....Period ... And maybe the shadiest reputation..All for a reason .
If you buy from him treat it like you were buying a gun outta the back of a car behind a Strip Joint . You'll never hear from him again and after you hand over your money you no longer exist .
I've dealt with him one time . And never again . I would tell anyone to look elsewhere. Money saved can become money thrown away very easily .
Not trying g to " Pile On " Just being honest
