Most Accurate Bullpup

After having a Kalibrgun Cricket in .25 for a couple or three weeks now and since it is the only really good gun I have handled and since I sleep with it at night (LOL) I believe I can safely say I LIKE IT A LOT! Only problem is I am running out of pest birds RAPIDLY, :( however the cotton rats better look out since my homespun night vision is about completed. ;)

Sometimes I ramble on and do not get to the point,
Of the three PCPs My two Crickets 22 and 25 , and the 22 Mutant I am restricted to 48 yards and there is no clear winner ,
Now my Mutant does like the polmags and I like that a lot as it does a lot of damage to the sparrows and euro doves that is 99 % of my game pest control.
I am not much of a paper shooter, Get bored with it, Need cans army men and pest to keep me shooting...
Now I put a 3x9 bug buster scope on my 760 pump Crossman and shot 5 shots a quarter could cover at 38 yards 10 pumps per shot with crosman Premier 177 pellets 10.5gr
Now I know its not a B/P but its a little gun at 33 inches
That's a 30 dollar gun...

Yea Cricket which barrel you got, Factory CZ barrel?
I whish I could stretch out my shots a little bit with my Mutant, Then I could really tell which one was more accurate , Even at 38 yards my 30 dollar 760 could shot pretty good groups, 48 yards really opened it up, Big difference in 10 more yards, Lets see if I can dig up the targets, Its only been a couple of years, LOL.
But with the oilfield as tight as it is now, Its just not private property signs.
If I catch you out here I am not calling 911, I am going to shot you.
There is a big pit about a few miles from me , Its three foot ball fields in size easy,
any way the sign on the gate says,
If your out here,
Your target practice for me!!!!!!

IRIDE..

Ive Had my Baby For a little While.... The once Dissapointing Barrel Problem Was Curred for me.

Most Accurate airgun for sure.

Like a swiss Watch.

The only Problem I have now ... My other guns don't get any use.

MOD EDIT: DMAN1114 will NEVER be allowed on this forum. Jamie (DMAN1114) is one of the largest outspoken opponents of Airgun Nation. Anyone who supports him will be removed without question.

Most Accurate airgun for sure.

Do you have the standard or the shorty? And have you ever had the CZ barrel on any guns, if so, how does the Listone compare in accuracy?

BABY = Shorty LOL

Ive had the CZ barrel in a cricket and in a few others.....

As far as the Listone.

at 50 yards with proper discipline it will shoot .35 - .40 5 shot groups all day......

JSB 15.9's unsorted

Just like the one in this video here....

FYI.... It looks like the manufacture is now sending the mutants with CZ barrels.. So no more worries there, also the guys seem to love the CZ barrel in the gun..

So if I'm understanding this correctly, the Mutant Standard is basically a Vulcan (CZ barrel) with improved trigger, smooth side cocking action similar to FX guns, and available synthetic stock?

If that's the case, it's kind of a fusion of the best of everything, especially if it's accurate.

What to do, Mr.Gadgets? Tough choices here. Probably can't go wrong with any of them.

"iride"Daxx they delete my post so I can not really answer your question.
Mike
The OP asked one question, which bullpup do you think is more accurate. In all of your replies (including the ones that were hidden) you went off on a tangent as to why everything about the Mutant is superior to every other brand. The importer of the Taipan Mutant (Jamie DMAN114) is one of the largest outspoken opponents of Airgun Nation. Anyone who supports him and/or grossly promotes his products will be removed.

"TKA87"I don't know if I got super lucky with this Wildcat.25 but it's unbelievably accurate. I can stack pellets at 60+yds. This thing is bad.
X2! My .25 Wildcat might just be the most accurate bullpup I've owned to date. The only thing that's giving it a run for its money (for me, anyway) is the Impact. I have yet to TRULY put the two head to head due to weather, (it snowed 3 days ago!) and wind, and moving, and life getting in the way. I really hope Spring breaks soon and I can get back to shooting rifles and videos.
When it comes to accuracy, I am a believer that the relationship between the shooter and his/her rifle is a major component to the overall accuracy. For example, I couldn't shoot my Edgun very well and many others swear by them. I don't think there was anything necessarily wrong with my Edgun, we just didn't get along with one another. The Wildcat and I get a long very well.
Also, define accuracy. Are we talking 1 shot at long range? 25 shots through one hole at 10 yards? Hunting? BR? The list of choices to describe accuracy could go on and on. The bullpup design lends itself to being an unstable platform for long range shooting when compared to a traditional long rifle. By using them in this fashion, we airgunners are continuously pushing the boundaries of these rifles and their designs. As a by-product, I think we are all becoming better shooters overall. But, I'm trailing off onto another topic...

Happy rifle hunting!
