I made a couple of mods to my portable shooting table to make it more stable. The 1\2” threaded rod keeps the table from moving back and fourth and can be removed in seconds. The legs are now adjustable, so the table can be leveled. The legs fold in so the table is easy to transport.

Very nice job. I was actually looking at some of the mass produced one's on Amazon last night, and they are all junk. Really awful.
I purchased a Caldwell Stable Table 2 years ago, and it is okay. Once you are seated in it, it is stable. Getting in and out of it is like boarding a canoe in Class II rapids, however. I already fell backwards out of it once with my HW95 in hand. Saved the rifle, hurt my shoulder... as it should be.
I wish someone would come out with a quality, portable one.
