"cj_86"To increase velocity, I would play with the hammer spring tension first before messing with the regulator. With the stock 140bar regulator setting I was able to achieve 950 fps with 25.4 gr .25 cal JSB. Like someone else mentioned, it is a balancing act getting the hammer tension, reg pressure, and valve stem pressure "balanced" to get maximum air usage efficiency ,but if a person wanted to play with pellet velocity short term...I would definately start with the hammer spring before getting too deep with regulator settings.
