MK II's and the Crown

The Crown is shooting these at an average of 849 fps on max with the reg at 135. The groups are a bit tighter at 50 yards and more consistent group to group than the 25.4's which are most accurate at PL 4 930 and a push at PL 5 939 avg.
As I stretch it out to 75-80 yards it begins to get interesting. slight or no wind? as you may suspect the 25.4's start to open up. But still 1" -1 1/4" 10 shot groups ( I don't shoot 5 shot groups) Same wind with the MKII's? 1/8th inch better or so. Once there is a 3-5 mph wind? Put the 25.4's away! Waste of ammo.
It's so cool to have two different pellet weights in the bag, a shoot card for each, a FFP scope with 40 MOA on no limit mounts, and no worries I can hit what in my cross hairs at yardage if I just break that second stage right.

AoA, UA, PA have been out of the MK II's for several weeks. Whats up with that?

Yep, same as above, with the limited time I had to shoot on Saturday, I ordered 4 tins of mk2's, I went thru a half tin, the only tin of mk2's I had, I had forgot I even had them!

I had to resize the skirts of the mk1 to cycle and load smoothly. In my Crown at 850fps they are shooting more accurately than the Mk11.
I only have about 1 1/2 tins left.
I wouldn’t have tried them as in other barrels the mk2’s have been consistently better. I read a post of Yrrah’s saying they shot well from his Crown.
If you haven’t actually tried them give them a go.

My MKI,s came yesterday, these are the original design that I bought from a member. They loaded in my mag just fine. Had a piece of 2x4 dunnage in the garage fired 6 round into it. They cycled just as smooth as the MKII's and the 25's. I was actually a bit surprised? But I did buff out my mag with the Dremel.
Looking forward to the crony and accuracy testing.
