MidwayUSA ------just dont

I'm extremely disappointed with MidwayUSA. 

Yesterday I ordered a LabRadar and associated bits, and paid for next day air.

I received shipping notification stating that it would be here today.

When I checked it became quite apparent that it hadn't shipped. Nor had it shipped a little while ago.

I emailed them this afternoon when it became clear they lied to me, and as of yet I have received no response.

Of course I have now read the reviews, and complaints about MidwayUSA, and this seems to be a pattern with them.

We have some great vendors in our community, and they should be patronized whenever possible. Midway is NOT one of them and should be avoided.
 
From my experience over the many years I've bought from Midway I've never had a problem. Fellows you know Midway is a HUDGE outfit. I'd like to know what percentage of the "gun" business they have but it's significant. They have to be doing something right. Mistakes only person who doesn't make some isn't doing anything. Air gun stuff? Yes there are better places. 
 
Mistakes happen in all organizations. I'll typically give at least two chances before walking away. I know it's frustrating, but. . . . . . I'm not perfect either and having worked in customer support for several organizations, know that left hand needs to talk to right hand once in a while. Sometimes that doesn't happen, and things break down.

Never bought from Midway before, but have had good and bad experiences with every mail order outfit I've used from eBay to Amazon. It's just an imperfect world out there.
