Ted may be taking some much needed personal time to try and get re-acquainted with family and friends and try to focus on the things in his life that really matter. Ted has been a leading spokesman for the airgun industry and airgunners in general for quite some time doing review after review for year after year. Between his primary occupation and releasing these YouTube videos his personal life has probably suffered a great deal and it would be normal for him to lean towards majoring in the majors. The celebrity status he has received through the videos and being a top notch shot are probably not what Ted is all about and it was probably not why Ted started doing what he has done. But the more popular you become in the eyes of others, the more they expect from you. I got a feeling that if it was little ole Ted, all by himself, without everybody expecting superhuman accomplishments ... that he would just as soon stroll off in the back country, take his favorite air gun and his family and live the kind of life that suited him best on his own terms without trying to fulfill everybody's expectations.

Whether I am right or wrong on my own personal opinion of what has happened with Ted is niether here nor there. One thing you can be certain of, the airgun community owes Ted a lot and I know many people have been brought into the airgun world because of his videos and his personality and the way he approached the whole subject. And you can be sure of one more thing about Ted ... he has your back, he's in your corner and he's rooting for you every step of the way.
