Medium weight .177 pellets same BC as heavy?

I read this post on airgunforum.co.ukhttps://www.airgunforum.co.uk/community/index.php?threads/massive-177-jsb-pellet-velocity-test-0-50-metres.174275/ where a guy test differnt .177 pellets, and according to this test there is barely any difference in BC on the JSB exact range from the 8.44 to 13.47 grain range. Found this quiet interesting. The guy doing the test speculate that the heavier pellets woble a litle in flight, slowing them down some, as they are not as stable as the lighter ones. That means the BC will be roughly the same in reallife condition. But I noticed it is a sub 12 foot pound test, so the outcome might have been different in a higher speed scenario?

I bet the latter is quite important for that situation.

they are limited to sub 12 FPE so with heavier pellets they have to be shot significantly slower. We we all know most pellets are designed to have best BC right around 850fps and as speed lowers so does the BC I have no doubt that a 8 grain pellet shot at the same speed as the 10 grain pellet the heavier pellet will have better BC, simple physics. By the nature of their test being so specific to their sub12 limitation the results isn’t really applicable to us. I would still use heavier projectile even with same BC though.
