Making your own pellets

What about lead wire though? Looks like Claudio is using 5mm lead wire, so say for .25 you use 6mm and it expands when swaged. 23 feet of the stuff is 175$ so say you use 1/2 an inch per pellet (too much) you'll only get 500 out of that. Even if you used 1/3 of an inch and got 800 out of it still it's probably 190$ with shipping just in material. Not cheap.

in china, the mold is a secret transaction.Because it's illegal to buy a mold.
the peripherals of the mold can be easily purchased on the internet.
that link is not a shopping site.
chinese merchants will not be sold on ebay.
i hope you, the united states, there are businesses that can design production ,this mold.
my english is not good.i dont.know if you can understand what i mean.

Hi marshmello,
do you have a qq number you can send me by private message (you can do that on this forum by clicking on my user name). I can speak with you about this and see if there is a way to help that would be *legal* for everyone (I can speak chinese but not read it). I have tried to contact other people about this before but have not had any success.

"Xbowsniper"I have a Corbin press and dies, have more dies of different designs coming in the future. Tests show .02 of a grain in weight from highest to lowest. Very repeatable and consistent.
Can we expect to see videos of your setup and process. I would also like to see some thoughts on economic viability (as if there ever could be one for this ailment ;( )

My die that I have now, is for a pellet that has the profile of a slug. It's what's called a 3/4 modified Keith nose, and is a semi wadcutter. It is 4.53 in diameter, and all pellets weigh 8.66 and 8.68. I'm not happy with the design, one of the reasons why I have different dies ordered. Here's a picture. When I get the new dies, I will put out a video demonstrating the process. Won't be for a while, there's a many month wait for the dies.

The dies I have coming are perfect round nose, 3/4 modified Keith nose. I can leave the pellet as a semi wadcutter, like the above picture, or along with another die, I can swage that wadcutter shoulder away. I don't know what size it will be, but they will be the proper size for my custom Crosman barrel on my WFTF Marauder. Also, with all of Corbins dies, they are weight adjustable.
