Magnum break barrels

Magnum break barrel rifles are usually heavy hold sensitive, hard to cock. But fun to shoot and hunt with. Learning and shooting from a military stance is critical. Iron sights the best. You will destroy scopes or never keep them zero. But after you figure out your rifle the satisfaction you get from hitting your target or critters at 50 yards is great.

Here's a few of my Magnum rifles,

Show everyone your Magnum break barrels. ( No PCP please )

My Sig ASP20 in .22cal. Very smooth cocking cycle and is as easy to cock as my RWS 34. Shown with Leapers 3-9X scope which has been replaced with the Whiskey3 4-12X. The Sig scope is shorter and 6 ounces lighter than the UTG. No problems with either scope on this rifle. Don't think my RWS 34 .177 cal is considered a MAGNUM but it certainly shoots like one. JSB 8.44gr @937fps.

Please post your findings on your new Torpedo 150. I've been looking it over and quite tempted. Good luck, hope it's a good one.

I own ten Hatsan's have never received a clunker from them yet.

Unless HEAVILY modified or dieseling these numbers don't make sense. At an avg velocity of 972fps & 21+gr this equals over 44fpe which no factory piston rifle has ever made. The most powerful non custom piston rifle ever made was Theoben/Beeman Dual Magnum @36fpe The 150 is rated @33 for .22 (The info you posted you now have removed quoting numbers not possible from a factory or possibly even heavily modified 150

Kind of what I thought as well. The best I've done with my Sig .22 and a 21.1 gr pellet is between 685 and 695 fps.
