I've worked with Utah Airguns, Pyramyd Air and Airgun Depot. All three are top notch.
For example, ordered pellets from AGD yesterday at about 8:30 AM, on the FedEx truck for delivery today. Granted, I live 15 minutes from AGD's door, but still, packed and delivered in 36 hours, and the 11% off sale to boot!
UAG is great, same kinds of experiences with them. Very personal and good people.
Now, I did just order some PB parts from a firm I've dealt with before. I ordered 8/14. Called yesterday to find out when they'd ship (that was 10 days ago I ordered). He said, maybe Tuesday.
In comparison, the airgun dealers are fantastic!
Thanks for the incredible customer service. Once in a while we have problems, but the Airgun dealers, overall, seem dedicated to the customer and the sport. Gotta love it!
