Lost Fx Crown, to Fx Airguns

I purchased a Fx Crown October 2017, due to the understandable high demand received it January 2018. I shot a total of 17 pellets and had to send it to Fx Airguns for warranty work. When I initially received it, purchased with a scope (mounted), bipods (mounted), and fired it without pulling the shroud out to listen to the sound, I did not find the pellet going to the target. I shot several more times and still did not find any pellets. It was suggested that maybe the scope moved in shipment and to go to 5 yrds.and see if I could locate the expended pellet and I still did not find it. My wife shot it, as well, to no avail. At one point it appeared the pellet shot out to the side, 5 ft. away it went through my aluminum screen porch panel. This is about a 30 from boresight, not possible. Later, we observed a hole in the upper side of the barrel, and some dents around the hole. I did extend the shroud and made about a 1/4 of a turn when the shroud secured in. I did not remove the shroud from the weapon, before or after discovering the hole.
Once I found out who the warranty company was 'Fx Airguns' in North Carolina, I contacted them to ship them my Fx Crown w/o scope and bipods. Once receiving the label I shipped it immediately. This was a month or so ago, and I still do not have my gun returned to me. I have called multiple times, left messages and sent emails. About two weeks ago I did receive a call from their Director of Customer Service apologizing and had me speak to Ernest (technician). He gave me an Idea of what happened, stating the internal rifling tube was unscrewed and that is why the pellets were coming out of the side. I asked how could it happen, since I am the only one using it and I am new to airguns, I would not be unscrewing things I did not know about. I stated it might have come loose in shipping, he stated, no, he did not think so. Well, I did not do anything to my weapon, I treat it like a baby. Well, he stated he had most of it fixed and he would have to order a shroud from Sweden. He said it would not be right to take a shroud off one of the new guns. Well, my gun is new and I want it back. I have spent the last couple of days trying to call them, with no response. I also sent an email, with no response. Two things I would like to see, 1) I want my weapon back immediately, and 2) the warranty should cover this unfortunate damage.
Respectfully,

What a shame LRS, I feel for ya. I think the dealer that sold you the gun also needs to step up and support you in anyway they can, after all you turned loose of a lot of cash to help support them. I'll say it again, FX needs to step up the customer support a few notches. Seems like they'll do some really great things on occasion like returning phone calls or sending out parts promptly then they'll drop the ball again, no consistency. My dealings have been pretty good with them but I keep hearing this familiar tune...
Good luck and I hope it gets resolved soon.

Thanks, to everyone's response, including the ones that came through email. Special thanks to Michael, I received my Fx Crown yesterday and I am totally ecstatic. After mounting and bore-sighting the scope, I shot about 10 rounds, and was excited over the great repair job, FX USA. Also, thank you, Jessica, for making sure it got shipped to me on a non-shipping day.
