looking to find best value and best quality pcp compressors worthy of 4500 psi?

If you can afford a $3200 compressor an Alkin would do a fine job for you.

If you want one for under $1000 then get a Yong Heng for $300 as it is about the best you can do for under a grand. It will get you to 4200-4300psi but 4500 is pushing it pretty hard for any of the inexpensive <$1000 two stage compressors and I would not recommend it.

You don't need to fill your gun all the way to 4500psi and it will last longer if you do not.

The Yong Heng "Simple" version least expensive does not have a water separator you need one.

The "Auto Stop" version shuts off near 3000psi probly not a good thing for most people.

So you likely want the "Hardcover" or "Set Pressure" versions your choice on the 110V or 220V.

Add a better filter if needed to be sure more moisture and any oil smell is removed from the system. Many of us use this Tuxing three media filter although, if you feel the need, you can change media types at any time.

A smaller one will probly do for some.

Possibly a filter similar to this if humidity is high in your area and your desiccant filters have to be replaced often.

The Air Venturi 4500 PSI rated compressor will give you a true 4500 PSI fill. Pyramid Air has them. I have been using one since 2017 and haven't had any issues with it filling two large tanks to a full 4500 PSI. You don't have to fuss with water buckets either, plus it cools the air down on the output so you get a full fill that doesn't drop down from high heat compression later. They cost around $1200 and PA carry's parts and has support, though I have never had to use those.

I basically second what biohazardman wrote. I have used a Yong Heng topping off a large tank to 4400+ regularly for almost 3 years now but if budget allows then going straight to a true dive compressor, such as Alkin or Coltri (I now have a Coltri MCH6 but the Yong Heng keeps topping off the tank reliably), should be well worthwhile. IMO, any of the "in between" compressors (those more expensive than a Yong Heng but not a "true" dive compressor) are the least likely to provide quality/reliability in relation to cost. I'm sure you'll get many opinions on this topic.
