Looking for largest capacity 4500lb tank, Suggestions?

I've been using my scuba 80 for 19 years, and am shopping for another tank to supplement it.

So far I'm considering the 100 cu ft Omega, and the 97 cu-ft Great white. If you have any suggestions or info please point me the way

Acecare makes a 12 L which is 115 cu ft, but I don't think it is DOT certified. The Omega and the Great White are 88 cu ft ( they use fuzzy math to come up with those numbers)

I've had good luck with used tanks the 60 min are 88 cu ft

Acecare does make dot tanks but they are not expensive than the CE tanks.

I bought a Great White last fall. Second gauge and slow fill is nice.

I just use my scuba tanks. The steel ones work great since they hold a higher pressure than the aluminum ones do.

Can’t go wrong with the great white. I’ve had one for 6 yrs. plus Joe B is great to deal with and stands behind it 100 %

I also have a Great White from Joe B. And the second gauge with slow fill is how it should be like a dual gauge regulated PCP, no guess work.

Also have the dual gauge GW. Very nice setup, good to see both tank and line pressure, maybe a bit safer for small cylinders with the slo-fil.

Must be the only downside to life in the USA, uneccessary regs on SCBA tanks, just got two more 12L (115 CUFT) CARBON direct from ACECARE to the UK inc FEDEX 5 DAY AIR delivered less than 600USD all in.

In fact some UK retailers sell the 9L CARBON (86CUFT) retail for $400 complete with the valve etc.

Still its a small price to pay for the gun freedoms you enjoy in the USA!
