Just to show something that is really cool about having a rest like this, let's talk about sighting in a new scope. With this rest I just put the gun in and lock it down at the front and settle it on the bag at the back. Then I shoot at the target box. Because the gun stays where it was, all you have to do is adjust the windage and elevation until the crosshair lands on the hole you just shot. The next shot goes right through the hole. 
Sighted in with 2 shots. Pretty sweet right?
