Long Range hunting sub-forum

Pcparmy,I’m with you on this new topic heading combining it with the slug topic I had brought up a few days ago (I believe you responded to that topic also) I’m not much of a hunter but the information shared would benefit both hunters and target shooters regarding slugs at long range! I’ve resisted shooting slugs,but there’s no doubt they are the future for long range distances for humane kills! Plus the future of long range target shooting (in the near future I actually see something along the lines of F-CLASS style comp’s. for air rifles? )

Nomojo yes I suggested combining the two. There is no doubt slugs are here to stay. And i hope there is an F-class style event
For standard calibers shooting regular slugs (not spitzers) it would be cool to have a benchrest event at 150-200 yards.
