Was out in the shop this morning organizing things when I came across my old 2015 EBR targets and realized that I have not fired a single shot since the 25th bull on my 100 yd final card........over two years of dormancy! I have been so engrossed in other hobbies that I fell completely away from airgunning! I bought an Impact shortly after EBR that year and have yet to even mount a scope and take zeroing shots! And if that weren't bad enough, I also acquired a .17 Thomas after EBR and the only shots its seen are the ones Mike Niksch fired through it to set it up before delivering the rifle to me!
Time to end the hiatus.
It's a beautiful day outside...........I'm going to get the RAW out and become reacquainted with this beautiful rifle that brought me victory in the sportsman class. Hopefully the seals have held up.
Tomorrow I'll visit my favorite ground squirrel hunting area.........population should be back up after two years of recovery!
