A couple more RAW’s turn up at mine for a bit of work, here they are side by side.

.25 17.5” barrel 280mm x 34m custom carbon moderator, 480cc carbon bottle HM1000x block in laminate bench/target stock jsb king heavies @900ftp, very quiet 

.22 6” barrel, 230mm x 30mm custom carbon back vented shroud, 200cc BSA bottle, HM1000 block in a RAW chassis, LAW tactical folding stock, jsb 16grn @ 600fps.

The comparison shows the versatility of the RAW/Rapid design

Here are a couple more of the compact, it back with me because the original barrel length was 9.5” to maximise shot count, however this made it too loud around buildings, I cut the barrel to 6” so that there was more room in front of the muzzle, shot count has drop but the the gun is much quieter

Very nice Rapids! I’ve had my HMx LRT for a few months now, my fav PCP I’ve ever owned. It’s non choked poly barrel is not ammo picky at all for pellets or slugs. Luv your work BB!

I did this for a guy yesterday, Removed the original barrel sleeve and fitted a 34mm Uber quiet carbon shroud, Made a new reg disc with a smaller hole through the cone and engineered an exact end float for the core for better consistency though out charge pressure, replace the valve with a more efficient one and fitted a much stronger valve return spring to ensure minimal velocity changes. I also made some subtle changes to the hammer, hammer spring and guides to reduce friction.

This gun has been set up to shoot at 11.8fpe to conform to Uk HFT rules, the scope been designed specifically for HFT too.
