well marflow That's because most of us aren't scared paranoid people that can't even trust our own friends some of the people here are just air gun enthusiasts happy to share their hobbies and passion and since we are not up to any illegal or nefarious things we don't worry about uncle Sam coming to confiscate our red rider BB guns or accidentally saying anything that can later be used against is in a court of law the best part about being a law abiding citizen is not having to fear anything or anyone

I have to agree with Marflow here. Putting too much info on the net is a BAD idea.

We tend to think of fixed scenarios of how things happen...thieves or gummint agents coming to our house, whatever. But the internet is nothing if not CREATIVE. Who the heck knows what can be done with this info? If something bad is possible...some dirtbag hacker out there will figure it out! At the very least you may be setting yourself up for unwanted spam email, and lord knows what else in the tech-heavy future. In the face of unknown variables, a little paranoia is a wise thing.

While the odds of bad things happening seem very small, ya just can’t KNOW for sure. I wouldn’t list all my guns here any more than I’d put my social security number (remember when we used to stick that on all kinds of forms and think nothing of it?), or the names and addresses of all my relatives.
