like your 2240...you're gonna love this !

If you're a 2240, 2250 or a Discovery fan you have to check this out. Spotted this while browsing Brad's forum. How about a 9 shot gravity fed magazine for some of Crosmans most popular economy guns.

This is some cool sh!t. The guys that came up with this are freaking geniuses in my eyes, here's the website link, a pic, and their video. Even if you don't like 2240's you'll like this.

I have purchased and mounted 4 (3 -.22 & 1 -.177) of these on my 2400's. They are not only caliber specific, they are pellet specific. I have scopes mounted on my guns and I really enjoy the convenience of loading 10 pellets at a time. With my big fat fingers pellet loading is easier than trying to load 1 pellet under the scope at a time. Varmint shooting is a lot easier and a second chance is only 1.5 seconds away.

Actually, the wife, son in law, and daughter in law convinced me to purchase the last 3. After the wife shot one of my .22's she demanded one for her .177. Then she decided that her son and wife would enjoy sharing our hobby with them so I bought 2 more. All four of my guns are CCS 2400 KT's and have 14" LW barrels, several power mods and inexpensive CvLife 3-9x40AO scopes. The guns are all identical except for the wife's .177 to keep the gun from being a deciding factor. For a reason known only to her she prefers a .177. We all use Crosman domed ultra mag pellets and they shoot consistently enough to keep smiles on our faces. Maybe not 10 in a dime but at least 9 in a quarter with 1 mystery shot.

After several thousand shots I have yet to experience a problem like a jam or failure to load. The GRAVmag9 magazine is a great deal for $50. They are made out of plastic but seem to hold up. I would enjoy seeing a metal version but all honesty the price would be considerably higher and would add weight and I doubt that I would buy one for those reasons. I only wish that I could use iron sights and have 10 rounds.
